		<description><![CDATA[This seems like a horrible book. My friend is reading it and she has become. OBSESSED with losing weight. Dairy is healthy for you, the authors seem to be taking some statistics and twisting them to make milk seem bad...your body does need calcium no matter how old you are and that is not bullshit. 
I think people should only become Vegan if they are against the harm of animals. Not to lose weight... The reason they are losing weight is because of mal nutrition. They aren&#039;t eating anything besides nuts and berries and fake food people processed to taste like meat. These authors are basically pushing these people to anorexia.

All in all, this is a fad diet. Eventually all the women reading this book are going to realize they are starving and binge eat and gain all they have lost back. Why do you think the atkins diet didn&#039;t work?]]></description>
